Shipping Policy

Processing time
Every pair is made and packed by hand in our North Texas studio. Individual orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (weekdays only). Custom and bulk orders need a 5–8 business day turnaround. Our studio is open weekdays only, so orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Custom and bulk orders need extra production time. We'll confirm your timeline when we send your quote.

Shipping methods
We ship within the United States only, and every order includes tracking.

• USPS Priority Mail: usually arrives 1–3 business days after it ships
• UPS Ground: usually arrives 1–5 business days after it ships

Bulk and wholesale orders ship by ground.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so choose Priority Mail if you're shipping to one.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking stops updating, email hello@punkadoodles.co with your order number and we'll help make it right.
