Are the earrings made for sensitive ears?
Yes! We use hypoallergenic titanium standard and can offer surgical stainless steel if preferred for the earring post.
Titanium: Nearly hypoallergenic, made of unalloyed, medical-grade metals.
Surgical Steel: Affordable and durable, often labeled “nickel-free.” However, it may contain trace nickel, chromium, or molybdenum—suitable for most, but not all.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we have a minimum of 5 pair for custom orders. Visit our bulk order page to get started.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, can you gift wrap?
We can include a special packing slip without pricing and you can include a message in the "message to seller" feature in the checkout section.
SHIPPING
When will my item ship?
All orders ship within 1-3 business days based on time of the year. (Holidays tend to be a busier time).
How Long will shipping take?
Transit times are estimates only — we calculate them based on carrier averages, but can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. For time-sensitive orders, please upgrade your shipping for peace of mind.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your eligible service qualifies for a USPS refund. In that case, we’ll pass along the refund promptly.

Want it there by a certain date? We recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout to avoid disappointment—you’ll get it faster, with a little more confidence.

Are your earrings waterproof?
Yes, the earrings should be good getting wet. However, they are not meant to wear while swimming or in the shower.
How do I clean my earrings?
You can clean your earrings with a mild soap on a damp cloth. Do not use any alcohol based products, it can affect the clear protective coating.
