Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Punkadoodles! If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us at hello@punkadoodles.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping.

Changed your mind? Unworn earrings, still on their original backing card, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept earrings that have been worn. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Final sale: Custom designs, bulk orders, and sale items can't be returned, since they're made or priced just for you.

How to start a return: Email hello@punkadoodles.co with your order number, and we'll send return instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
